On Friday I will be filling and icing a cake for Saturday. The cake will be filled with Chocolate Raspberry Mousse and iced with IMBC. Any ideas how long the cake can be kept out of the refridgerator before serving on Saturday? I am using MMF decorations and I am leary of placing them on the cake and then putting it back in the refridgerator. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I would say a couple of hours. You need to let the IMBC warm up. Hope this insn't too late for you.
