Received a call from a pastry chef here that wants to contract with me. I met him through the cooking school/kitchen store here. Very nice guy. He cooks with another chef here that has just opened his own kitchen. They serve lunch and make gourmet meals to go.

Doing some dress cookies for this Friday and he also wants to talk to me about doing his wedding cakes. He is an awesome pastry chef but says he's not much into cake and cookie decorating. I have taken a few of his classes and we end his classes talking shop.

I told him I was definitely interested. He knows that this is a passion for me and I have another "REAL" job. He also understands that my orders will take top priority and promises to give me plenty of notice.

Well--off to my real job.
