Hi and welcome to our little addiction club. icon_lol.gif

Your first cake came out really cute. You will love the Wilton classes. Once I started them I got hooked on cake decorating. It's so fun.

But be careful this hobby is really addicting. You will want to buy every new toy out there.

Oh ya, and stay away from Shirley here. She will get you hooked on cake stands as a whole new addiction. thumbs_up.gif

Welcome to Cake Central. It's easy to get addicted. You will be fine just keep practicing. I can speak for my self and probably some others to say alot of us are self taught and have not taken a wilton course. The best advice I could give would be to practice, practice, practice and do not get discouraged. You will have a blast doing so, or be like me and gain a few extra pounds in the process.

Again welcome to CC

I think your off to a great start. One can see that you are interested in taking this up and are enthusiastic. You will learn the basics from Wilton, but I promise, you will learn even more from here. Glad to have you with us and we will all help you with anything you need. Since you are just starting out, you may not have much in the way of supplies. I can tell you that right now Michaels is having a pretty good sale on pans and Hobby Lobby and Michaels always have coupons for like 40% off.

Welcome to Cake Central. You will love it here. There is so much information, tips and ideas it is no wonder they post the addiction warning sign on this site. icon_lol.gif

You should go back into your forum settings and turn the "Photo Comments" on so you can get encouraging comments when you post a new cake.

Happy Baking!
