Someone mentioned a few day ago about this recipe and said it was on Earlene's cake website. I checked and couldn't find it. If anyone reading this has a copy, can you please send to me ? Would appreciate this very much.
On the recipe tab, there is a recipe for Baker's Buttercream that uses flour. Perhaps this is what you are looking for.
I tried a Baker's BC last night and I don't think it turned out quite right. It tasted great, but the consistancy wasn't as thick as I expected. I still used it b/c it was a free cake. It smoothed really well but the texture wasn't smooth. Make sense?? It sure did taste nice a fluffy. Not too sweet. My husband loved it. Here's the link to it

Hope this helps!!
In the recipes section here on CC the "crusting buttercream" recipes have flour in them, maybe that's what you're looking for??
The recipe that K mentioned from this site is the faux fondant II with flour, crusting buttercream, and it is wonderful!
