Hi everyone!

I am making some chocolate mousse cups for a catering and I practiced them yesterday. I have a TON of mousse left and wanted to know how long it last, and whether I can use it today for more or if I should throw it away and start fresh!

Thanks for any help! I appreciate it! icon_biggrin.gificon_lol.gif

Refrigerated and airtight, no more than 3 days.
You can freeze it up to a month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator and gently fold to re-fluff before you use it again.

I refrigerate mine for 2 weeks. It depends on your recipe. Also, check your fridge temperature.... I keep mine at about 34 degrees, but I know some people's will be closer to 45 and you can't keep food well at that temp. I will freeze it for several months.

Hi there, I just wanted to know that making chocolate mousse using raw eggs and cream can still be kept in the refrigerator for 2 weeks at 34 degrees.
