The cookie icing was wonderful to work with. Loved the creamy texture and easy to work with. I wasn't so sure of the taste at first, kinda like biting into a cookie with a layer of tums (tasted a bit chalky) on the top. Yes, I know the nature of royal. Hmm...thought to myself that's not good. Bagging them really helped, softened them while the cookie and icing flavors melded. Overall, pretty darn good! This is from a die hard Toba Icing fan. The matte finish was just beautiful.

I too have never liked the taste of royal but when you ice the cookie and let it set and dry, they taste sooooooo yummy together.

Ooh how pretty, very elegant looking, like for a bridal tea or luncheon or favours for a wedding. Your flowers are lovely too. Very pretty colour, I like the depth of colour, it goes so well with your flowers!
Yes Antonia did a lovely job setting up her tutorial and recipes and these have helped a lot of people. It is always nice to see someone take the time to help others like this, kudos to Antonia!

I agree, your cookies are elegant.

I also agree that it's wonderful to bring attention to Antonia's thoughtfulness in sharing her talent and recipes. She's spent countless hours, no doubt, prefecting this and then very unselvishly offered it to everyone. BRAVO!
