I got a call from a secretary who works with my husband about a cake for the boss. He's getting some kind of dealer award and she thinks they should mark it with a cake so she wants to order one. This is a small GM dealership with about 15-20 people. This count includes the guys in the back who are pigs (hubby included in that).
I'm thinking about either a 2 layer 9x13 or a one layer with the 3d car on top. I'm kind of stumped as to what I would put on a plain 9x13.
I'm going to stop and see her tommorow or Wednesday with prices and the 3d pan to show her.
I was thinking about charging $40 for the cake with the car on top. The local grocery store sells "decorated" 9x13 one layers for $18. We live in rural North Dakota so I can't charge city prices and this is for work so I'm probably willing to sell for less than if it was someone else.
This is also my first paid order if I get it so I'm excited.

As far as the plain 9X13, you could put the logo of the GM dealership or even the logo of the award that he is getting.

The award transfer is a great idea but I've never done a fbct before and the cake will be for Monday.
Thanks for the help.
