Freezing Egg Yolks?

can you freeze egg yolks? After I bake a cake this afternoon, I'll end up with 12 yolks...

I don;t think so.....I know once my carton of eggs got pushed back to the back of the fridge and they froze.....I asked my grandmother if I could still use them...she said heck no!!!


so I would say no....I wouldn't chance it.

Thanks - I took your advice and decided against freezing. I made pastry cream with them - yummy!!!
