Where Is The Candy Clay Tutorial?

I thought I could find a candy clay tutorial on cali4dawn's website but I didn't see it. Does any know where I can get this tutorial?
Secondly, can you eat candy clay, how does it taste, and how easy is it to make? I keep reading about candy clay but never knew existed.
I haven't seen a tutorial for candy clay.
Yes you can eat it - it tastes like tootsy rolls. It gets hard like a tootsy roll but softens up when you work with it. It also gets too soft if you have hot hands. You can mix it with fondant if you like to change the consistensy.
My son loves to make and play with it. It's like an edible clay.

Candy clay is chocolate and corn syrup it tastes great with out any added flavor but you can flavor it if you choose Here is how I make mine.
candy clay is so easy to make don't spend the money on premade stuff.
melt the candy melts or the stuff in blocks they sell for almond bark which is cheaper. 14 oz package to 1/3 cup corn syrup
but I use 1/2 package almond bark to 1/4 cup corn syrup
melt chocolate (can be done in microwave) do not over heat stir intil completely melted stir in corn syrup... it will start to change texture...Keep stirring Then it will reach a point where it is grainy and liquid seperates...pick it up and squish in your hands letting the liquid squish through your hands...I wipe my hand a few times to get rid of even more then wrap in plastic and let set overnight.....the next day it will be hard, break off a piece and knead a few minutes the first part you may need to push down on something hard like the counter.
It will quickly get soft like playdough and will set and hold a rose sape very nicely in fact if you want to practice go get some play dough from the kids!
I have even mixed it 1/2 with fondant and it makes it taste very good(the fondant even wilton) and used it to make swags
If I want a LARGE rose almost life size this is what I choose and the chocolate ones are to die for
I have not used high quality chocolate yet but I imagine like using butter it would improve the taste but as mine are for decorating the cheap is fine.
It has a long shelf life wrapped in plastic and stored in the fridge.
I've seen candy clay already made (at Michael's). I'm sure there must be a way to make it from scratch if you really wanted to...I just don't know how, sorry.
Since its chocolate can you use chocolate molds to make different shapes with candy clay?
AgentCB,
I'm not sure that would work (?). Candy clay is not chocolote...it's works and shapes just like fondant or MMF...
If it molds like fondant do I apply anything to the mold to make sure it doesn't stick?
I use it in molds I do not do anything to mine
squish it in the mold stick in freezer for a few minutes and then pop out of mold. works great
My cake with blackberries in galery is done with candy clay and a blackberry mold.
