Hello All. I posted this in another area on CC but I think it doesnt belong there so I am reposting it here. I just had a request for a cake in April. I was told the cake should feed 60 people, cheese cake mousse for filling and maybe cream cheese icing. I did this cake for a bigger crowd of people, if you look in my photos you see the four ace's cake. I used four 1/4 quarter sheet cakes for that one and four batches of mousse and two batches of cc icing. The only thing I would do different on this next cake is I would use fondant instead of the paint mist I used on the first one. The one in my photos I donated and as easy as it looks it took my around 8 hours to do, I had a few things not working with my that day. I would bake ahead of time as I always do and freeze. Make my filling & icing the two days before and put it together the night before it is needed. So I need to know how much cake I would need and a price to charge? Also do you charge a delivery fee or have them pick it up? Thanks Megan

I would charge $65 per 1/4 sheet card cake.
