What is FBTC and Pastry Pride??...i have no clue lol...thanx yall

FBCT is a frozen Buttercream Transfer. There is an article on how to make them in the articles section on this website. It is basically a picture you make out of icing and freeze. Then when your cake is iced, you lay the transger on top. You can do all kinds of designs and such with them.

I'm not sure about Pastry Pride, but I think I've seen it in Kitchen Kraft catalog.

Pastry pride is a pre mixed dairy type like icing although I beleive it isn't dairy.Restaraunts,large venues etc...use it and it can be purchased by retail as well.
