Hi there, this is my very first post!

I have a client that doesn't like the taste of cake so she wants an ice cream cake for her wedding cake. I couldn't find a recipe so was wondering if any of you lovely people had any ideas for me. I was going to just go to Dairy Queen and get some of theirs and decorate them, but they will only give me 8" rounds. Not very exciting.

Any Ideas?

Not sure how long it will stay alive, but I just molded the icecream in my pan with shrink wrap under it..then refroze..then iced cakes..then stacked icecream in middle of layers...iced sides w/BC..then refroze..decorated top. Kept fine in freezer. I let it set out for few mins. before cutting. Hot water to dip knife in helped.
