I use it all the time for my wilton class buttercream and it works just the same as regular crisco! I know frosting is never going to be a health food, but I feel a little better about it since it is trans-fat free! Except for the fact that it is never on special at Kroger like how they run the regular or butter flavor Crisco, which kind of irks me.....They always seem to make the "healthier" stuff more expensive, don't they?

OMG yes they do.. Hubby and I just recently HAD to start watching what we eat..(Well he did and being I am the cook I had no choice)
Normally I would do the same ole spanish dishes my grandma taught me.. LOL far from healthy, but oh sooooo good..I know our health is all we have, but sometimes I think it cheaper to be fat cause it's so expensive!!
