I have always bought my supplies from KK & have had quick shpg. On the negative side I have had a lot of trouble with their ink clogging printhead. I replaced my i560 with the ip3000 thinking something was wrong with printer but it was their ink. I've also had to replace a print head because of a clog I could not dissolve. I am going to try Photo Frost ink but keep using KK edible images because I like their Desktop Decorator program. Sorry so long. Good luck!

Hi emie,Welcome to CC, Iused to have trouble with clogs but one of the girls mentioned cleaning with steam,Worked like a charm! Ialso try to go over the parts with a little everclear on a Q-tip just to be sure it stays clean.

I use Kopykake too and they've just released their diamond inks that are supposed to be even better.

Clogging is a problem with all inkjet printers even if you're using regular inks. Edible inks will be more prone to clogging because they dry up faster. It won't matter which brand you use. The only way to prevent clogs is to use your printer regularly or clean the print head of ink with cleaning cartridges and store the ink cartridges till the next use. Clogs will also happen if you refill your ink cartridges.
