Does anyone know if Sylvia Weinstock's buttercream icing needs to be refrigerated or can it sit out for a day or two? This recipe is very similar to the Cupcake Cafe buttercream...if that helps.

I think it's an IMBC, and yes it can sit out, but not for days. I think it's only 1-2 days. Hopefully someone will help
