When using MMF how do I color it. Should I use common food coloring or use the Wilton icing color?

Hi Karate....I used the Wilton icing colr and it seemed to do the trick fine.....
I just had trouble with the MMF.....I cant seem to get the right consistency!! ugh!!! But the color was fine....go figure! hahah!

Happy baking!

you can color your marshmallows when your a melting them if you need it all the same color or you can do it after you make it - just knead the color in.

I read on another post about adding color to the marshmallows when you melt them. I had a heck of a time (and mess) when I kneaded them in to the MMF when It was already made.

I use Ameircolor, Wilton works too, I personally would stay away from food coloring.
