I have done a cake similar to this! My wedding cake was also just like this except it was white almond cake with cheesecake in between layers of white almond and raspberry!

What you need to do is make a crustless chocolate cheesecake the same size as your cake layers and just use that in between your cake layers. I hope that makes sense!!!LOL!

I will tell you that it does take a while to make this because you need to let the cheesecake sit in the fridge for at least 24 hours or it will be a pain to frost!! If you have anymore questions let me know and I will try to help!

Thank you mischief1212!!!

I tried making the cake per your suggestions. I called the bride over to taste it. And it was a hit!!!! She loved it! So did the groom! So on to designing the cake.

Thanks again..... icon_biggrin.gif
