OOOPS! I baked 2 huge cakes last night for an order tomorrow, but when I went to trim them found out they're underbaked. The toothpick was clean, but they're still gummy. I know this sounds stupid, but if I put them back in the oven, will they bake through? They just needed a few more minutes.....now I 'm in a jam!

I've had this happen to me a couple of times, and im sorry to say, there is no saving it. I had to throw them out and start again.

Yeah I agree, I have also had this happen to me! So you aren't alone!
Thanks for the replies. I hoped I could save it (and some money), but accidents happen. I'm glad to hear I'm not alone in being human. I just had to stay up late and start over. Only the best for my customers!
