Hello everyoneicon_smile.gif

I have a question about how these cakes are put together. How do they keep these chocolate characters from falling over?

Hard to tell from the pics, but I would guess they use sucker sticks and maybe melt a bit of the chocolate on the back of the piece to secure and then just stick in the cake.

They could be colorflow or royal icing. Someone else may have a better idea!

I think they are on a stick or a pick and are inserted in the cake.
