I have an inquiry on making a cake that has tapica pudding and chocolate chip filling in it. I was thinking I could do this easily with pudding mix and cool whip and chocolate chips..with maybe a yellow cake? has anyone heard of such a thing? Do you think this person is pulling my leg? icon_biggrin.gif

It sounds like a joke to me. I personally LOVE tapioca--but in a cake? Uh, no. I wonder if they are sure about the tapioca part. Maybe they want like a cannolli (I'm not sure how to spell that ) filling, which I have had with chocolate chips in it on occassion. That would be good!

Tapioca is like rice pudding or something, no? Yeah, I agree, wouldn't a canolli filling be terrific?! Yummmm!

I guess we will get all kinds of strange requests, won't we?
