I just put my business card in as an avatar, and want to see if it works or not. Janice

Well, not too good, not too bad...guess it will do until I can get something better!

Thank You! I like the play on my name, my artist son designed the cards for me.

Maybe I can get him to create a real avatar eventually, it is difficult to get him to do these "little" things for me, he has a full time job, does free lance work, and has a wife and 8 year old son, so his time is pretty well filled!

I'd like it to be in motion and look as if the cake is being decorated, think that would be fun! Janice

until then that is a great idea....maybe he can design a lady that looks like you icing a cake......that pic and on your business card would be cool! Or a very beautiful hand icing a cake ?????

Thanks for your ideas, I'd like the hand decorating the cake...no picture of me thank you! I'll have to start working on my son to do this for me, it will take a while! Janice

Okay, I might go for a charicature, I'll have to see what my son can do...I'm not sure how he would depict me, but he is good at charicatures!

When are you coming back to the States, and when you do, what area will you be coming back to? Just curious. Janice

You know what would look really neat Lisa is to just take the cake out of her avatar and have her name on the cake blink her name adding a word at a time
"Jan-
"Jan-ices"
"Jan-ices Cakes"

I really just wanted to use the cake for my avatar, but the way my son sent the graphics to me, for me to print my business cards, I couldn't figure out how to separate the cake from the wording and be able to save it.

Your idea is good, I just don't know how to do it...I can do quite a bit with this computer, but that is too complicated for me.

I'm glad you like my Jan-Ices, my son thought it was a bit far-out icon_wink.gif , but he did it for me anyway! Janice

Obviously the wizard Lisa made this new avatar for me...I should have just added it on here instead of starting a new subject. I didn't realize at the time that all my postings would now show the new avatar...duh. Janice

I saw that you had changed your avatar. I like it a lot better than your business card. Glad Lisa was able to get it to work for you. It looks awesome thumbs_up.gif

Thanks again. Yes, I definitely like it better! I didn't realize until I was sending the graphics to Lisa that I had somehow managed to blur the cake on the card, I guess while I was trying to get it down to an acceptable size. That's what happens when you don't know what you are doing! Anyway, I think it looks great now...I have to send a link to my son so he can see it and I am so glad I didn't have to wait for him to do it! Janice
