Can I Make Mmf Or Rolled Buttercream W/o A Stand Mixer?

I want to try MMF or rolled buttercream but all I have is a 225 watt hand mixer. icon_cry.gif Can it be done? icon_confused.gif

yes, knead the sugar in like you would flour into hand-made bread dough.

(Builds strong arms!)

icon_smile.gif Sure you can make MMF w/out a stand mixer...
That's what I always do.. I use my hand to knead, but before that I use a wooden spoon to mix the hot Marchmallow into the powdered sugar at first.. icon_smile.gif

Sure can. I don't even have a hand mixer at the moment. So that's all I can do is make things by hand. It's a little messier, but works out fine. I just mix it with a wooden spoon until it's too stiff, and then go at it like bread dough.

you can prolly do in in a food processor with the dough blade.
