I have another baby shower cake coming up this weekend, and they've asked for a marshmallow cream frosting. I think they are really looking for something that is not quite as sweet as buttercream. I'm going to make a batch of the marshmallow cream frosting from the recipe section tomorrow (it's on p.4 in the frosting category), but I was wondering if anyone had tried it before? What was your opinion? Do you have any other suggestions? TIA!

well, I haven't tried that one. but here is alink to another marshmallow icing I've used in the past. very easy and tastes great. doesn't crust though.

THANK YOU CHRISTINE! I think yours is the recipe I was originally thinking about- I knew I had seen a recipe that used marshmallow fluff! I'll be buying the ingredients tonight!
