Hi Everyone!

I have a quick question regarding this cake:

http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_32235,00.html

It calls for Superfine Granulated Sugar, but I don't have any on hand. Could I not just throw it in into the food processor to make it a finer grain? I'd hate to put this off until tomorrow icon_smile.gif

Thanks in advance icon_smile.gif

Yep, toss it in and let it go.

Just an FYI - superwalmart sells the superfine sugar - it is their "house" brand. I use it for everything....blends much easier than regular granulated sugar.

You can do it in your coffee grinder too, but it quickly turns granulated sugar into powdered sugar. icon_smile.gif
