can somebody give me a recipie for choclate clay that is wwhite and can be used to cover a cake like mmf. Also does it taste as sweet as mmf? TIA

If you can find wedding-white chocolate, the candy clay will be white. Most 'white' chocolate isn't totally white.

Candy clay is generally 14oz of chocolate/melts and 1/3 cup clear corn syrup. Melt the chocolate gently, don't over heat it. once it is smooth, stir in the corn syrup, just until it is blended-don't over mix.
dump the clay onto a silpat, waxed paper or parchment and let it set until it is cool and firm. then knead it together until it can be rolled out.

Sweetness is subjective. I think it is just as sweet, some don't
