I just wanted to post the results of a successful 'tweak' to a recipe...

I used the No Fail Sugar Cookie recipe, and instead of 2 cups of sugar, I used 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup splenda, and 1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

They came out perfect texture, and I think the brown sugar added just a subtle touch of sweetness that I love!!

I figured I would share, since I'm always looking for ways to make great tasting stuff lower in sugar and fat!

Awesome tip. I just may give this a try! icon_smile.gif It's nice to try to "lighten the load" every now and then, ya know!
