I'm decorating a cake for my niece for her baptism. My sister-in-law would like an angel cake. I'll use a form if I have to but I'm looking for other ideas. Anyone have any?

Honestly I don't think there much decoration you can do because Angel Cake is very airy, so it can't hold much on it.. try it,, get one from the grocery and practice on it.

I am confused, do you mean she wants an angel food cake or a cake that looks like an angel, I thought because you mentioned using a form, you are talking about making a cake that looks like an angel.

Haha hi there kiddo. I made a New Year's resolution to try to go through the galleries, especially the First Cakes Section. I think it is important to view and comment on cakes that people have been kind enough to share with us. I must say that I enjoy watching the newer decorators work progressing. You are doing amazingly well kiddo! I particularly liked your present cake, what a wonderful job you did!
