This stuff is soooo good, it's bad!! lol icon_lol.gif I made it to fill the chocolate cake I made for my Wilton Course I class tonight. We're doing the rainbow cake & I'm taking it to the hospital, where DH's aunt works, for the break room. Hoping to get some orders after people gobble it up! lol After tasting this filling, I'm almost certain I'll be getting orders...it's soooooo yummy! I had to control myself after I made it last night...could've sat down and eaten every bit of it straight out of the bowl! icon_razz.gif Anyone else tried it?

Whimsical Bake House Cookies & Cream Filling -

2 1/2 cups heavy/whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
about 20 oreos crushed into medium to small sizes

Whip cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in mixer on high until stiff. Gently fold in cookie pieces.

That's it. I refrigerated mine to help it stiffen up a little bit before using it. So easy and soooo good!

Do I need to refrigerate the cake if I use this?
