Most of you know, I'm a huge fan of Kopykake products. Well now they're coming out with new edible ink that's not supposed to clog (woohoo!!! ) and will print better quality images. I can't imagine them getting any better with the quality but the clog prevention would be a tremendous help...if it works icon_biggrin.gif . They go on sale in February. I'm going to give them a try. If anyone gets to try them before I do, please let me know how they work. It may take me a month or longer to test the clog prevention though since I'll have to leave them in my printer unused to see how long they go without clogging.

Thanks for the update, Lisa. That will be great if the clogs are eliminated! I haven't been printing much with mine, so you will probably be tring them first, please keep us posted if you do! Thanks again, Janice

I have recently gotten a used edible image machine, I've read so much about the cartridges clogging that I have only used the ones that came with it to print on regular paper with, as I didn't want to waste my edible image paper either. How long will my new ones stay clog free once I put them into my machine?

If you print regularly, they won't usually clog at all unless you've started refilling the cartridges. If you don't print regularly and leave the cartridges in, a clog can happen when the ink that's settled in the print head dries up. It takes about a month for mine to do that but it really depends on the humidity. Some in drier climates get clogs after only a couple weeks.

A month? Well that's better than what I had thought. Thanks for letting me know. Misty

I was just searching posts for an edible imaging supplier. I have ordered from Icing Images for my initial start-up kit, but was curious as to which suppliers everyone else was working with. Sounds like I might need to give KopyKake a try!

Thanks Lisa!
