I love tutorials. The North San Diego Cake Club has a pretty good compilation of tutorials. Probably the best compiled list i found.

Especially an in depth and quite long article on Topsy Turvy /Slanted Crooked Cakes.

and a long article on how to make roses,, all types ..

http://sdcakes.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=7

I like it since all the tutorials are in one spot and easy to find.

Here's what I need:

- Buttercream flowers piped on the cake (I have Winbeckler's book and still can't figure it out!)

- Fondant draping

- Airbrushing pictures (right now I can only use it to cover a cake with color)

I just saw a gorgeous cake in the gallery with blue gelatin butterflies. I wouldn't even know where to start. A tutorial would be great.
