I'm in IN. and by my calculations that cake would serve approximately 35 people(party servings) At $1.50 a serving, what I charge that is $52.50. And that is not including filling and extra for certain decorations. If you are in So. Cal. I would imagine that you could get at that and probably more. Have you called a local bakery to compare pricing? The only reason for charging a little less would be if it is a single layer and it is just torted and filled. And that would be a maybe.
