I just received my kopykake airbrush and need to use today. However they did not include cleaner and my only cake store is out of it. Any ideas what I can use?

You can use straight water and flush it out really good until the spray is clear!!! You can also try a drop or so of lemon in the water but I just use water!

Use windex diluted 1/2 & 1/2 with water, then rinse well!

I agree with kiddiecakes, use warm water.

When I use my airbrush, I have two cups of water standing by, my clean cup, and my dirty cup. Between colors I can dip and rinse the airbrush in my "dirty cup". Just make sure to blow out all the excess water. Then when I'm done, I rinse again in the dirty cup, then run it thru the clean water several times and blow out the water completely until it blows clear and dry. I've had no problems with my airbrush.

You can buy airbrush cleaner, but just like your colors, you have to make sure it is one that is food safe!

Thanks for the quick responses! I thought you had to use the cleaner. You saved my day, and cake! thumbs_up.gif
