I just made some NFSC with MMF on top. I need to pipe Royal on the cookies for tomorrow. Will it be dry by then for me to bag them?

Also, will the royal break down because I used a greased surface to roll out my MMF on?

hmm... i use royal on my cookies and they were fine to dry overnight - and we had a very humid day/night when I made them - they were rock hard the next morning - I let them sit in the oven on the tray (switched off of course) cuz I thought that would be the driest area for them. I don't think the small amount of grease you use to roll out the MMF would affect the RI that much... I'd risk it if I was you.
