Does anyone know the recipe for the buttercream icing that they used at what use to be genuardi's, but is now safeway. I got a cake from one in Delaware when it was genuardi's and I thought it was the best buttercream I had ever tasted. Very creamy and light.
If not, what is the best recipe you know of?
