I saw these at the cake shop tday and cannot believe how many flavors there are.

Can I use these in buttercream frosting? And if so, how much?

Thanks -
Christy

yes you can....sparingly, I usually add as I go and taste until I've figured out approximately how many drops I need for any new flavor. they're very strong so start with a few drops and work your way upwards.

You can definitely use them in your BC icing. I put about 10 drops in and taste then add more as I need it. I have tried a few of the flavors but I think they can be too subtle for the bc icing. I need to try some of the stronger flavors and see if that makes a difference!

Thank you for asking this one, I have used the oils but only 2 or 3 drops, so I haven't used enough. I am a diabetic and I never taste my baking unless doen just for me. I will use more from now on.
