Have you tried kitchengifts.com? They have hundreds of cutters and they are high quality copper cutters!! Their customer service is great and prices reasonable for a copper cutter. Good luck!

I am looking for the same thing or something similar. I have tried the Kitchengifts.com and I did not see one. If I overlooked it, please let me know!! My friend would love me to make cookies in that shape for her little boy's first Birthday! I did see one party hat, but it had fringy looking stuff coming off the top.

Good luck with your search!

I didn't know there was one like that for real. I thought people were using the ice cream cone one upside down. Gosh.

Have you tried Foose cutters yet? I believe the design you are looking for is a cheap tin cutter... maybe $1.99 at the most.

Try googling their website. Or Pinenose Productions; they have similar items.

Hope this helps!

I also use foosecookiecutters.com

They deliver pretty quickly and priced fairly.

I did see a party hat on foose so you could use a round cutter for the face and then use the party hat cutter to cut away where the hat and "face" meet, then place your party hat into what you have cut out, joining the two together and getting the look you want!

I just made cookies like that!!

I used a party hat cookie cutter and a regular round cutter and placed the "hat" slightly over the round one before baking. They melded together beautidfully! I'll go get the picutre and post it for you to see...

edited to add: OH NO!! I just checked my camera and those are the one shape of cookies that I forgot to take a picture of!! icon_cry.gif I gave them to a friend's son for his birthday last week. I'll call her and see if she took any pictures. Found it!!

Bonniebakes - Your cookie is adorable! Thank you for the picture. I guess that is what I am going to have to do use the hat cookie cutter and put a circle underneath ( I hope it does not break apart)

Thanks!
It was SO easy to do and when baked together they were very sturdy. I'm not sure if you can tell from the picture, but I overlapped them about maybe 1/4 - 1/2 inch and pressed down very slightly to be sure the overlapping sections were tounching completely. While I was careful in handling them because I was nervous about them coming apart, there was never any indication that they would break more easily than the other shapes I made.

Don't forget to post pictures when you're done!

I like Bon Jovi too! But...... getting back to the hat and face cookie cutter - I saw on Isabel's and Co. cookies that they used what looked like to me an upsidedown hot air ballon cutter. I think I have the link below:

http://www.isobelandco.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=21_39&osCsid=259549149b0ae3966e3203c3bd801e1c
(if you go to the website you look under birthday)

I don't know if you have that cutter or not but it is an option if you like the look. Good luck!
