How do I cover a square cake with MMF, especially regarding the corners?

It also helps to elevate the cake so the edges are free to hang down just a bit. I find squares are much easier than rounds, so if you have done a round, you can do the square, no problem.

Definitely lift the cake up! I still cannot believe how well it worked on my Baptism Cross cake! (and that had MANY corners!).
