Hi Again everyone....

Well to everyone who I had talked to and was wondering if I succeeded in making a 3D Eeyore cake for my daughter's Birthday, I thought I'd send off this post just to let everyone know how I did.

I must say that although it's not completely horrible, I'm not totally happy with it.....but then again I always say that and somehow people seem to like what I do.

LoL so without further adue, here is a picture of the finished cake. In My photos I mean, it won't let me post it here for some reason! Sorry all!!!!

Keep Smiling, and Happy Decorating!
Melissa

Thats' how she says his name! So I'm am too sure your daughtter loved it. How did you make his body? Is it a carved cake or what? thumbs_up.gif

Complexsun~ I think you did a great job!! He is so cute! My daughter was standing over my shoulder and she said "oooooohhhhhhh!" She loved it as well. Did you know that your comments for your photos are disabled? I wasn't sure if this was purposeful or not, just wanted to ask.

Have you ever sculpted before? Was it hard? I haven't gotten up the nerve to try just yet!!! icon_lol.gif

I used 2 loaf cakes to make this cake and pieced it all together. It is sculpted, and it was actually much easier than I thought it would be. I've changed it so that now people can leave comments on my pictures too just so you all know. Thanks again for all the kudos, I really appreciate it!

Thanks again, and happy decorating!
