I'm making eggnogg cake balls and for the binder I wanted to use eggnog. I know to freeze them before dipping them, but once I serve them or put them into goodie baskets, do they need to be refrigerated? Thanks.

Would you recommend a different binder for an eggnog cake? Thanks for getting back so quickly.

I used eggnog coffee creamer and also the gingerbread creamer. They were awesome. I did put mine in the fridge just to be safe since the creamer needs to be there, however the few I kept didn't last long enough to worry icon_biggrin.gif
