I don't really care for the taste of the clear vanilla...I've tried Wilton and CK Products. Of the two, I decided to use the CK Products brand/

Haven't tried the Watkins, but the other brands of clear vanilla are icky.
For clear vanilla I use CK but only if it is something that needs to be pure white other wise I use regular vanilla, because it has a better flavor (I use pure vanilla extract), and clear is imitation. The color doesn't show unless you need pure white.
