I have a ton of extra Crusting Cream Cheese Fosting, accidently made a double batch. How long will it keep? And if I can't keep it long what do I do with it?

I've kept it for a week before without problems. You could bake another cake. Or make pumpkin rolls. Or frost some banana muffins. Oh! Cinnamon rolls! Icing for Cinnamon Rolls! You're making me so hungry!

It should keep refrigerated up to two weeks if the expiry dates of the cream cheese and other ingredients are within this same timeframe. I have heard that some people freeze it, but I have never tried it.
