Did anyone catch this? Some amazing entries. I was a bit taken aback by the youth winner. This little girl couldn't have been older than 3 or 4 and clearly didn't make her winning gingerbread house. It floored me. I will look for links to the pics of the event.

I didn't see the whole thing but I really felt for that poor lady whose stuff got broken during her flight The husband and wife that made them together were so cute! To think, many of those took 200 hours !

Yeah, I was a bit bothered by the youth category winner.... it was almost pathetic...just my opinion. BUT i guess!! rules are rules!?

That was an awesome show! Gingerbread houses have sure come a long way over the past few years.

I was ticked about the 3 year old who won, too. That was grossly unfair, IMO.

I was amazed seeing the work that went into these gingerbread houses, if you can even call them that - they were more like mansions or doll houses. 200 + hours - Looked like a lot of fun.

I thought it was disappointing also for the child category when you know an adult did most of the decorating.

Those gingerbread houses are always amazing. I was happy for the grand prize winner. I saw last year's episode and I think she only came into 1st or 2nd place so I was happy for her to win this year.

I saw the show also.....and was in Awwww! They were amazing! And I thought it was bad when it took me 6-8 hours on a cake!!!!! There is sooo much talent out there!!!!!
