Has anyone made a Christmas cupcake cake? The only ones I found were a couple of christmas trees in the gallery. I found a snowman on another site, can't remember where though. Has anyone seen Santa Claus or reindeer? Or maybe can give me ideas on how to do them?

Thanks,
Cecilia

i don't know how other folks make theirs but this is the way i make mine.... i usually arrange the cupcakes into the shape i want and then glue them down with bc (so they don't shift) and then frost them in white frosting to be airbrushed later or frost em with the colors you want. you can make any shape you want and just go from there. really quite easy
or....you can make them into a square or cirlce and decorate them like you would the top of a cake. without the sides of course.

Sorry I should have been more specific. The customer wants the cupcake cake shaped as the santa clause or reindeer or whatever I decide.

Thanks,
Cecilia

This idea may help. Find a picture and enlarge then arrange cupcakes on top of picture to get the configuration. Place cup cakes in that same shape on your cake board or other, then decorate.
