I am going to order a subscription to the American Cake Decorating magazine, and was wondering if anyone has an oppinion on the mailbox news magazine. Is it worth the investment? Are there any directions for the cakes in this magazine. You can get a deal by ordering both magazines, but if it really is not worth getting, no deal is a good deal.

Thanks Wilma

I like MBN too...full of ideas. They also feature a lot of cakes done by decorators like all of us. If you send them pics, they put them in the mag icon_smile.gif

MBN is full of pictures but after my subscription expired last year, I didn't renew. I only renewed the ACD magazine. I can get as much inspiration by seeing pictures here on Cake Central as well as searching the internet for free. Hope this helps.

Thanks for all of your responses. I guess I'll see if I can get a complimentary issue and see for myself if I'll like it.
