Need Chocolate Cake Recipe That Freezes Well

Hello everyone - I always love to come to this forum when I need good advice - I'm never disappointed!
I am looking for a chocolate cake recipe that freezes especially well. I will be making my daughter's wedding cake this summer - thus the need to be able to bake and decorate as much ahead as possible. She is asking for two tiers of chocolate and one vanilla. Also, I'm assuming that if I freeze the top layer along with the bottom two, refreezing it for later would not be an option. I think I will have to wait until a few days before the wedding to make that one. Any ideas, suggestions, or recipes will be greatly appreciated. If you'd like, you can email me at [email protected]
Thanks so much!

It appears that I somehow posted this message in an inappropriate area of the forum. Could someone please bump me into the right one? I don't know how to do that.
Sorry! Perhaps it's the cake baker/decorater that's the disaster here!

The recipe below is a link to my chocolate cake. I freeze this all the time. It is very moist and chocolately:
