You might also try looking for wafer paper. I couldn't find it here either but I've heard of others finding it at craft shops or local cake deco shops. I ended up ordering mine through Sugarcraft. They carry a lot of different colors and even some items already cut out for you like leaves.

I know this sounds like a stupid question, but how is Rice Paper used? I've seen people talk about rice paper in different threads, but have never been able to figure out how it is used!

The best way to describe rice paper is like thick, white onion skin that would dissolve in water. It's somewhat transparent which makes it great for transfering images. You can use it for so many things and people have actually made an art out of it constructing amazing things like realistic flowers and even figures. I've used it to transfer images, make autumn leaves, make sheet music...It also has cooking applications.
