Where in PBC are you? I'm between Boynton and Delray,  and before I saw that Merrie Lee replied I was going to recommend Cakes Etc. I drive 30 mins, sometimes more depending on traffic and weather, just to get there. It is great and Merrie Lee is wonderful. She also has various classes.
