If I were to make a gelatin (I'm thinking of trying my hand at a floral gelatin) today, would it still be good for Thanksgiving? I usually dont' prepare things so far in advance, but this year it's all at my house and i have a million things to do the day before (plus work, LOL).

Yes, I'm still planning it, but I'm a part-time worker and I have been on for 8 hours since last week, plus I have to cook, make the orders, etc, you know the drill, so, I have absolutley no free time right know, so, send me an e-mail and I'll give you some info.
