Egg Beaters In Cake?

Has anyone ever made a cake using EggBeaters? I have a customer who wants a chocolate fudge cake but to use EggBeaters. Guess he's watching his cholestoral!!! LOL!!!

Good Morning!! icon_biggrin.gif I've used egg beaters in cakes before and it works just fine....Can't tell the difference.

I have used egg substitute before, cake did not rise as high, but it still tasted great...but it could have been not enough batter in a big cake pan for me..but it did still taste good!

I have used egg beaters and it worked fine. I always fill with lots of batter so I did not have an issue with the cake not rising enough. icon_smile.gif
