I want to color some white chocolate but I've had my oils for quite some time. I didn't see an expiration date on the bottle. However, I know my air bursh colors have expiration dates. Do candy oils go bad or does the oil preserve them?

Anything that is oil based can go rancid. The easiest way to know is to smell it. If it is bitter, or smells like stale peanuts, toss it.
